Animal Flow Experience
Combining animal-inspired movements such as crawling and twisting, this session uses bodyweight training to strengthen overall power, coordination, and flexibility. The continuous flowing movements help improve cardiovascular endurance and body control. It is perfect for those who enjoy fun and dynamic workouts.

Transportation: Approx. 7-minute walk from Exit C1 of Whampoa MTR Station. Alternatively, you may take buses (e.g. 3B, 15, 296B, 85X) or minibuses (e.g. 13, 13M).
Remarks: This activity is co-organised by the JC Fit City. Participants are required to register as a member of JC Fit City during enrolment.
