Participants will use a glowing paddleboard for the night tour of Victoria Harbour while creating memorable moments! Working professionals are welcome to join us after work for a fun Friday night!

SUP emphasizes balance and uses a paddle for movement. It combines techniques from sailing, surfing, and kayaking, featuring three main paddling methods: prone, kneeling, and standing.

In conditions like choppy waves and strong winds under a coach's guide, you'll learn intermediate techniques to improve speed and efficiency in open water. Participants can obtain the Intermediate Bronze Award certificate.

In the board rowing course, participants can learn how to install and adjust equipment, basic rowing skills and related safety guidelines at a beginner level. The course content integrates traditional rowing with surfing principles and techniques.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certification recognized by the Hong Kong China Canoe Union for SUP polo. The course teaches basic paddleboarding and ball control skills.

Upon completing the course, you will receive a certification recognized by the Hong Kong China Canoe Union for the second level of SUP polo. Advanced techniques will be taught, including paddle skills, ball control, and offense and defense strategies.

Every Friday evening, the SUP water polo court will be open for practice for those who have completed the Stand UP Paddling Polo Stage 1 or SUP Polo Certificaction Course (Basic) for beginner participants. Teams of three are welcome to practice. Our center holds regular competitions each year, so take advantage of this opportunity to practice in a competitive environment!

Participants feel the waves on the stand up paddle board, perform relaxation exercises, and calm their minds. It is a unique experience that combines water sports with the relaxation of body, mind and soul.
